Agra: After all the restrictions imposed by Corona last year in 2021, if you were planning to spend some good time with the family at Agra's Taj Mahotsav, the news is disappointing. This year, there will not be a 10-day Taj Mahotsav between 18 and 27 February. Due to Corona, the administration has cancelled the organization of the Taj festival.
This will be the first time in 30 years that the Taj Mahotsav will not be held. This is a big shock for the tourists as well as the traders because, in these 10 days, the traders used to make the most profit. Agra is recognized worldwide by the Taj Mahal. Throughout the year, people come here to visit the Taj, but during the Taj Mahotsav, the atmosphere here became more grand.
In the 10-day Taj Mahotsav, people used to come to enjoy a variety of colourful programs, song-music, dance, Bollywood night, art-culture and delicious cuisine. This festival to be held at Shilpagram near Taj Mahal is organized by Uttar Pradesh Tourism. The aim of which is to get tourists from all over the world to know about Shan-o-Shaukat.
