1- To keep cholesterol in control, add seasonal fruits, fiber content and green vegetables to your food. Consumption of high amount of water keeps cholesterol in control. 

2- If you want to keep your cholesterol level in control, do not eat butter, ice cream, chocolate and sweets. Take cornflakes in the morning breakfast. 

3- You can always keep the cholesterol level in control by exercising, daily exercise, eating a little bit of lifestyle and lifestyle.  

4- To keep cholesterol in control, include foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and beta carotene in your diet.

5- Do not consume milk tea to prevent cholesterol levels from growing. There is plenty of calories in it. Thereby increasing the cholesterol level. So take green tea instead of milk tea.
