Patna: On the first anniversary of the installation of ISMICS Bihar chapter, the seminar was inaugurated by Cabinet Minister Neeraj Kumar in the Bihar government. More than 100 doctors from different regions of the country participated in the seminar. Dr Sunil, a renowned eye surgeon from Patna, said that cataract is operated by a machine, with a high cost.

He added that with the new technology, the successful operation is now possible with very little money and is being discussed. On the other hand, Bihar Government Cabinet Minister Neeraj Kumar said at the seminar that the discussions on cataract are going on and whatever the disease is today in this changed environment is a challenge.
