Working out and remaining fit is an absolute necessity have for every celebrity in the film industry. What’s more, the female stars of the industry are also venturing out to sweat it out at the gym center and remain in shape. Recently, Baahubali actress Tamannaah Bhatia has changed her approach towards exercise and wellness, and her Instagram page is evidence of it. Tamannaah will reprise in Kangana Ranaut's role in the Telugu remake of Queen. Directed by Neelakanta and Prashanth Varma, That is Mahalakshmi is slated to release in summer. During the media interaction, the actress talked about various things related to her fitness routine. From her strict diet to a disciplined training routine, Tamannaah says it is important to keep up a balance in the workout.

"It is a direct result of my dietician Raashi that I pursue this diet. And I'm honored to be working with these two dieticians, Pooja and Raashi. They are astonishing and balanced people. They guided me into the fitness exercise, with a comprehensive approach and not just for the sake of it. When I follow diets suggested by them, they give me a chance to eat. Since my life is tumultuous and demanding, I feel the need to be nourished, consistently," says Tamannaah who opines diet is as important as exercise to stay fit. Tossing light on her gym routine, Tamannaah adds, "I train with my fitness trainer and he influences me to do cross-fit. In France here, I felt so much better because of the natural air you get here." The actress has also been sharing her workout videos with Instagram followers.
