Tamannaah recently sued the makers for alleged 'non-payment of dues'. Her lawyer's statement read, "Due to non-payment of dues on MasterChef Telugu and unprofessional conduct by production house Innovative Film Academy, Tamannaah Bhatia is being forced to take legal action.

Despite persistent non-payment and unprofessional approach, he canceled other commitments and was determined to complete the entire project. However, since the production house has stopped communication with her overnight, she is now compelled to contemplate filing a legal suit against him." as per the schedule and Tamannaah could not adjust the show further.
