Chennai: A highly sensational case has come to light in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, where three boys have been arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl for six months. In fact, the victim was living with her uncle. At that time she was allegedly threatened by five men and raped.

Of the five accused, 21-year-old N. Dheena, 19-year-old S. Vignesh, 21-year-old V. Honstraj have been arrested. The case came to light when the victim's health deteriorated. His uncle asked her about his ill health after which she told him about the whole incident. The victim was living in her uncle's house in Cuddalore as her father was working in Chennai. Listening to the niece made the uncle lose consciousness.

The victim's uncle lodged a complaint with the nearest police station. All the five accused are between 19-21 years of age and all have been booked under various sections of the POCSO Act. Police say three accused have been arrested and police are on the lookout for the other two accused, Ranjith and Raga. They will also be in police custody soon.
