Recently orders have been issued regarding the Ganesh idol in Tamil Nadu. Actually, there will be immersion of Ganesha idol here. Here people will also be able to install the statue outside their homes. G. Recently, the Madras High Court has given its permission with many conditions. You all must know that in the past, the Tamil Nadu government had prohibited the installation and immersion of Ganesh statue in public places citing Corona.

In such a situation, now the High Court has said that ban on any kind of Shobha Yatra and mass immersion will continue. Apart from this, it has been said that all the guidelines related to the epidemic will have to be followed during immersion. Hearing a petition filed against the order of the Tamil Nadu government, a two-member bench said that "religious celebrations are necessary and no community can be stopped from this".

However, earlier, Advocate General Vijay Narayan, while giving the favor of the state government, said that, "giving relief will be chaos. Rules and legal will be ignored. On such occasions large crowds gather and it will be difficult to control. These arguments have been rejected and the bench said, 'Immersion is a religious festival and people cannot be taken away from it. But this time there will not be any rush in immersion but only one person will be allowed to immerse.
