Chennai: The state which is at the forefront of Corona Testing is Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu is the second state in the country where the cases of corona infection are increasing rapidly. Since the beginning of June, the coronavirus case has caught fire and now the cases are increasing day by day. The number of testing is also increasing day by day. Last Friday, the total number of coronavirus tests in Tamil Nadu has surpassed the figure of 26 lakhs. For the past few days, information has been received about more than 60 thousand tests done every day.
The emphasis is on testing to win over the Coronavirus. Due to this emphasis, more than 26,58,138 tests have been conducted in Tamil Nadu so far. One of the reasons for increasing cases of coronavirus is fast testing. The number of testing done here has increased. Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh are the states where more than 20 lakh tests have been conducted so far.
Half of all the tests conducted in India have taken place in only five states. These include Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Andhra, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Tamil Nadu has the highest number of 26.58 lakh tests. In this series, tests have been conducted in Maharashtra (about 21 lakhs), Uttar Pradesh (about 23 lakhs), Andhra Pradesh (about 20 lakhs), Karnataka and Rajasthan (14 and 15 lakhs).
