Chennai: The corona epidemic is continuously increasing in Tamil Nadu. The death toll from Corona is also seen increasing. A 22-year-old girl died of coronavirus in Ariyalur district on Wednesday. According to information received from the Department of Health and Family Welfare, it has been told that corona was confirmed in 22-year-old girl nine days after delivery and was admitted to Ariyalur Government Hospital on July 27 at 9.15 am. It is being told that signs of anaemia were also found in her.

After an hour of that, the woman embraced death. The death toll in Ariyalur district has now increased to 5. So far 897 cases of corona have been reported in the district. Of these, 734 have been cured and have gone to their homes. It is being told that there are 158 active cases at this time. Apart from this, a 20-year-old Corona-positive woman has died in Nagapattinam district. There has been an outcry since the woman's death. This is the first case of death due to corona in the district at such a young age.

However, the Health Department says that a 20-year-old girl living in Nagapattinam was admitted to the Thiruvarur Medical College Hospital on 25 July. She embraced death at 5.40 pm on 27 July. In the post-mortem report of the patient, the cause of death has been corona and chronic kidney disease. Elderly people, patients with respiratory disease, kidney patients or those with weak immunity have been reported to be most at risk of coronavirus.
