Many people like to eat soya chap. Protein-rich soya chap is delicious as well as beneficial. But sometimes it is difficult to make it at home. Especially tandoori soya chap, but this simple dish can also be made at home.

Ingredients of Tandoori Soya 
250 g soya chaap, 3 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori spice powder, garam masala powder, 3 tsp butter, Lemon juice, mango powder, oil, salt as per taste.

Tandoori soya chap recipe
First cut the soya chap purchased from the market into small pieces. Try to get it boiling from the market. Take out its water with curd. Then add gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, garam masala, chaat masala, mango powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix one spoon of oil in this yogurt. Now put soya chaap in this mixture and keep it in the fridge for half an hour to marinate. Mix butter and oil in a pan and heat it. Now add chap in it and cook for five to seven minutes. Take care to keep turning it over and over again. So that it sinks around. By the way, it is ready to eat. But if you want a smokey flavor in it, then heat it on direct gas by trapping it in iron sinks. And your delicious soya chaap is ready, now you can serve it at will.
