Satpute has reported that the court has given time to file a petition against the B-Samri report, while the legal team of Tanushree was present there, though not a single officer of the Oshiwara police station was present in the court room during the hearing. While the case has been postponed until September 7. 

Police Spokesperson Manjunath Shinde had earlier said in June that yes, we have filed a B-Samri report before the court and the police have closed the file for the case for allegedly not finding sufficient evidence.
