The uproar has continued in America since the death of black civilian George Floyd, and demonstrations are being held at various places throughout the country. Although not only in America, many other countries are also supporting this demonstration and the violence being done by the police is also being criticized. Now in this regard, American singer Taylor Swift says that it hurts to see the memorial of historical racist celebrities present in Tennessee.

Singer Taylor Swift wrote on Instagram that as a tennis player I am sad that there are statues of racist historical celebrities here who have done bad things. Edward Carmack and Nathan Bedford Forrest were malicious personalities in the history of our state and should be treated the same. Taylor further wrote that - "Lawmakers cannot change history, they can change the status of those who have turned 'heroes' into 'villains' by the abominable patterns of racism.

Minneapolis Police Department received a call. The caller said that he suspected a man of forgery. The police reached the place mentioned on this. They met George Floyd here. The police tried to catch George with handcuffs. But George opposed it. In response to the protest, a police officer named Derek Chauvin forced George and slammed him to the ground. And held George's neck with his left leg. For a full seven minutes. Only after the first five minutes, George's body sagged and he had died.
