Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s leading IT company, has been awarded the title of Best Employer Brand in the Corporate Sector at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2024. This recognition highlights the company’s dedication to creating a workplace that fosters innovation, engagement, and readiness for the future, supporting its workforce of over 600,000 employees in 55 countries.

The award, in the large enterprise category, underscores TCS’ success in connecting with top talent and promoting its employer brand through LinkedIn's talent solutions. The company has been able to attract skilled professionals while amplifying its presence in the competitive job market.

TCS has consistently led in the talent space, maintaining its spot at the top of LinkedIn’s "Top Companies to Work for in India" list for four consecutive years. Each year, it ranks among the Top 25 workplaces in the country, demonstrating its commitment to providing an exceptional work environment.

The company has also embraced AI-focused learning and employee engagement initiatives to revolutionize workforce development.
