For sexual perversion, a 13-year-old boy and molesting his 11-year-old sister repeatedly, a special Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act court has convicted a 30-year-old religious studies teacher.The criminal will get 20 years in prison.The minor boy said that in 2015, he used to go to the religious institution and following his arrival, the teacher would ask the other children there to go out.

After the children left, the man would show the boy obscene videos on his laptop and tell him that the scenes would be re-enacted. After completing the heinous act, the ‘teacher’ would ensure that they both left the room separately.The boy stated that he didn’t let his parents about the abuse out of fear and the matter only came to light when on September 10, 2015, his sister told their mother about the sexual attempt that the teacher forced on her.The girl told the court that whenever her mother was ill, she stepped in for her and went to make tea and sweep the floor at the religious institution. During one of those times, the accused caught hold of her from behind and another time, he said “I love you” to her. She also said that she had been sexually abused by him on two other occasions.
