The High Court has given a big relief to the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh by justifying the government's stand in the matter of recruitment of 69 thousand teachers in council primary schools pending for one and a half years. This decision is also important for the government along with the candidates because it is the largest recruitment of teachers in Yogi Raj. The reason for the government is also relaxed because the first decision of the High Court, in this case, was against him. He filed a special appeal against this decision, whose decision came in his favour.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed this decision of the court and said that the recruitment of 69 thousand teachers will prove to be a milestone in the field of education. Minister of State for Basic Education (Independent Charge) Dr Satish Chandra Dwivedi said that as per the court order, the recruitment process will be completed in due time.

The mandate was issued on 1 December 2018 for the recruitment of 69000 posts of Assistant Teacher in Council Primary Schools. In order to this, the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj had issued a release for the Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination on December 5, 2018. The written examination was conducted on 6 January 2019 for the recruitment of teachers.
