The Indian team's head coach Ravi Shastri has taken the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine and has thanked the medical professionals. Ravi Shastri has got this vaccine done at Apollo Hospital, Ahmedabad. Coach Shastri has shared his photos with his official Twitter handle while applying the vaccine and has also given a message along with it. Ravi Shastri tweeted, "Took first dose of coronavirus vaccine. Thank you to the amazing medical professionals and scientists for empowering India against the epidemic. Kantaben and his team of Apollo in Ahmedabad were very impressed with the way he is getting professionalism in corona virus vaccination.''

After coach Ravi Shastri's corona virus vaccine, now it has to be seen when the doses of vaccine are given to the players. Currently, the Indian cricket team is in Ahmedabad, where they are going to play the fourth and final match of the four-match Test series against England from 4 March. After which the Indian team will also play a five-match T20 series against England in the same stadium.

It has been learned that PM Modi had taken the first dose of vaccine on Monday to prevent infection of the covid-19 virus. In the National Capital Delhi-based All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), on Monday morning, PM Modi was vaccinated against covid-19. After PM Modi got vaccinated, many big leaders including Amit Shah, Venkaiah Naidu got vaccinated.
