Looking at the replies found on Twitter and the letter from the Delhi Police, it has been learned that wherever Airtel and Vodafone have stopped their services, ITO, North-East Delhi, New Seelampur, South-Central Delhi are included. According to the tweets, Bharti Airtel has suspended all mobile services in New Delhi including voice and internet. This suspension was done at 10 am. Airtel's customer care executive wrote in a tweet that following the government's instructions, voice, internet and SMS services have been shut down. However, this replying company gave it on the tweet of a person named Danish Khan.
Reliance Jio sources have revealed about this matter that they have not done internet shutdown. If any user complains about internet shutdown in any area, they can call Customer Care and lodge a complaint. Apart from this, Vodafone also replying on a person's tweet said that as per the government's instruction, other services including internet have been stopped in some places like Jamia, Shaheen Bagh, Bawana, Seelampur, Jafrabad, Mandi House.
