According to Gabe's Facebook post, last Sunday his father had fallen while mountaineering. Apart from being an accident, his Apple Watch detected the hard fall and sent the map and location to him. Gabe told that his father had flipped off the bike, after which he suffered a deep head injury. Apple Watch not only sent the location after detecting the hard fall, but also called 911 (American Police Helpline) in Emergency. After searching on the basis of the location sent to his father, he was taken to hospital by ambulance and now he is safe.
