New Delhi: Tecno, the smartphone manufacturer, has announced that it will launch the Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G in India on July 7. The device, which was globally released in May alongside other models from the Tecno Camon 20 series, is highly anticipated. 

While the storage configurations and price for the Indian market are yet to be disclosed, the base Tecno Camon 20 and the Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G models are already available in India, with prices starting at Rs. 14,999.

The Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G boasts a range of impressive specifications and features. It comes with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8050 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of inbuilt storage. The phone runs on HiOS 13.0, based on Android 13.

In terms of camera capabilities, the Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G sports a dual rear camera setup. It features a 50-megapixel RGBW primary camera with sensor-shift optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 108-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens. 

The device also includes an Octa Flash or Ring-Flash unit. On the front, there is a hole-punch cutout housing a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging.

Additionally, it features an in-display fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. Connectivity options include 4G, 5G, OTG, NFC, GPS, and Bluetooth.
