Patna: RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav is launching the Nyaya Rath Yatra in support of his father and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav from today. Tej Pratap is starting this Nyaya Rath Yatra from Patna and in the next few days, through the Nyaya Rath, an attempt will be made to roam around the state and tell the people how his father Lalu Prasad has been implicated in the fodder scam.

Tej Pratap has alleged that his father Lalu Prasad has been implicated by the BJP in the fodder scam and he is now launching a Nyaya Rath Yatra to get his father out of jail. Tej Pratap said that Lalu has always opposed the wrong policies of the central government and the state government and that is why he was implicated in the fodder scam and at present Lalu is in jail.

According to the ceremony of the Nyaya Rath Yatra, he will flag off a Nyaya Rath today from his residence and the chariot will tour all the cities of Bihar in the next few days and make the public aware about the alleged injustice against Lalu. On February 15, in the fifth and last case of fodder scam registered in Jharkhand, the special CBI court in Ranchi convicted Lalu and then on February 21, the court sentenced him to five years in jail.
