Patna: Political mercury is once again rising due to cabinet expansion in Bihar. Bihar Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh gave a statement in Shivhar. He said that four places are made for his party in the cabinet. This has been discussed with the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has also given consent. More ministers will be made from the Congress quota. Now whoever he wants can speak, it has nothing to do with him.

In fact, on the question of not expanding the cabinet of the Deputy Chief Minister, Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh said that it is the prerogative of the Chief Minister to expand the cabinet. He himself has met the Chief Minister regarding this issue. The Chief Minister has said in the Madhubani meeting that he will become a minister from the Congress quota. He further said that I do not know who speaks what, or why he speaks.

Does the Deputy Chief Minister's statement make any sense? Akhilesh Singh said in clear words that it is not the Deputy Chief Minister's cabinet, but the Chief Minister's. The Chief Minister can keep or not keep whomever he wants in the cabinet. He said that his party has 19 MLAs and four MLCs. Others have two to four MLAs. For his party, there is room for four in the cabinet. Consent has also been received from the Chief Minister for this. Let us tell you that the expansion of the cabinet is being discussed in Bihar since Makar Sankranti. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has also given a statement regarding this. He had said that more ministers of Congress and RJD can be made in the Chief Minister, however, he also put an end to the speculations of Upendra Kushwaha becoming the Deputy Chief Minister. Here, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav said on cabinet expansion that there is no possibility now, On his statement, the BJP took a jibe at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
