Kolkata: Two veteran leaders from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar have supported Trinamool Congress (TMC) National President Mamata Banerjee for the assembly elections in West Bengal. Tejashwi Yadav even said that all the BJP ministers in Bengal are from MP to MP, but the 'groom' has no idea. He asked who in the BJP is as experienced as Mamata Banerjee. He said that emphasing on the basis of experience, Mamata should be re-elected as the Chief Minister.

Tejashwi Yadav urged Biharis living in West Bengal to win Mamata Banerjee. TMC is appealing to Tejashwi and Akhilesh to woo the Hindi-speaking voters of West Bengal. The two leaders have claimed that the party is playing the politics of partition by coming here, terming the BJP as an 'outsider' for Bengal. Akhilesh Yadav has announced his support to Mamata Banerjee in a press conference.

On Monday evening, former Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav met Mamata Banerjee in her office. Although the CPM and the Congress are in alliance with the RJD, his party in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav also did not consider it appropriate to meet the leaders of these two parties. The Congress, which is against the Left parties in Kerala, is in alliance with the Left to defeat Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal.
