RJD MLA Arun Yadav faces serious allegations, Tejashwi in no action mood

The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is not in the mood to take action against its legislator caught in the rape case. Such an indication has been given by Tejashwi Yadav, his son and Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly, who is watching the functioning of the party in the absence of Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav.

It is to be noted that on July 18, a minor girl from Bhojpur who had escaped from the clutches of the trade trader gang operating in Patna had told the police that she was sent to the residence of an engineer and an MLA in Patna. The victim girl did not take the name of the MLA in her first statement recorded in the Ara court, but in another statement clearly stated that she was raped at Patna's MLA's residence. After this, the police's grip on MLA Arun Yadav has been tightened.

Minister 'Anil Vij' targeted Robert Vadra, should be investigated in this case

In his statement, Tejashwi Yadav said that the matter is in court, action will be taken if the MLA is proved wrong. Defending the MLA, Tejaswi said that while discussions continue, we do not need to become a court. If we look at the facts of Tejavi, it is clear that in the mood to take action until the court verdict against the MLA accused of RJD rape. Is not. The process of the court has is long, so it should be assumed that any action at the party level will take place only after the next year's assembly elections.
