BJP has issued an official statement declaring Eatala Rajender as BJP candidate for Huzurabad by-election. Eatala Rajender has been campaigning in Huzurabad since the beginning. Etela Rajender made sensational remarks in Husnabad on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, he lamented that Ambedkar Constitution was not being implemented in Huzurabad and only KCR Constitution was being implemented.

Itela further alleged that the TRS government has spent crores of rupees in Huzurabad in the last 5 months. Etela Rajender remarked that truth will prevail in the elections to be held on 30 October in Huzurabad. The by-election for Huzurabad was held after Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao sacked Etela Rajender from the cabinet, who later resigned from the party and the legislature.

The elections will be held on October 30 after which the results will be out on November 2. Meanwhile, Gelli Srinivas of TRS is contesting in the bypoll and Balamuri Venkata Narsingi from Congress has been chosen as the candidate for Huzurabad bypoll. Held on 30 October.
