Hyderabad: Finance Minister Harish Rao of Telangana has been confirmed to be infected with Corona infection. Minister Rao himself has given this information on Saturday. Minister Rao tweeted on Saturday and said, "I got a test done on initial symptoms of covid-19, in which the virus has been confirmed. My condition is fine I request that all of you who have come to my contact in the last few days, please stay in isolation and get your test done. ''

Harish Rao is the nephew of CM's Chandrasekhar Rao. Earlier, two more ministers of the state government have come under the grip of corona infection. He is currently corona free after treatment.

In Telangana also the corona infection is spreading rapidly. There have been 2,511 new cases of corona infection in the state, after which the total number of infected people in the state on Saturday exceeded 1.38 lakh. After the death of 11 more people, the figure of the dead increased to 877. In a government bulletin, releasing the data till 8 pm on 4 September, it was told on Saturday that the maximum number of 305 new cases have been reported in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) area. According to the bulletin, a total of 1,04,603 people have been cured so far and 32,915 people are undergoing treatment. On September 4, 62,132 samples were investigated in the state. A total of 16.67 lakh samples have been investigated so far. The virus death rate in the state is 0.63 percent, while at the national level it is 1.73 percent.
