Telangana government adopts Vasalamarri village

CM KDS on Sunday announced that Yadavri was adopting the village Vasalamari in Turkapalli mandal in Bhubaneswar district and would be developed on the lines of Eravalli. CM was on Saturday going to Kodakandla in Janagama district and stopped at Vasalamari and spoke to the villagers. On this occasion, the CM had invited sarpanch to come to the farmhouse as he brought to his notice the problems of the village.

In other words, MP Susheela, MPTC member Naveen and some TRS leaders met the CM at the Erravalli Farmhouse under the auspices of Sarpanch Anjaneyu. The CM said that the petition was not required to be filed and the Vasalamari village would be adopted and developed at a cost of Rs 100 crore. The district collector spoke to Anita Ramachandran and ordered the development of Vasalamari on the lines of Eravalli and preparing a blueprint for what the village wanted. The villagers were ordered to take the villagers to Ankapur in Nizamabad district for an exposure visit. He said he would come to the village in 10 days and eat food with the villagers.

Siddipet, the Collector Venkatram Reddy, chief conservator of forest department, collector Anita Ramachandran and many other officials will come to Vasalamari on Monday. Survey will be conducted on village issues. Dr. P.D. Mandi Upendra was appointed as a special officer for the blueprint for rural development. Collector Anita Ramachandran visited Vasalamari on Sunday and discussed development and employment issues with sarpanch and villagers.
