This Diwali is very special for the telangana government's property tax payer. On Saturday, The Telangana government announced the Diwali gift for property tax payers and 140 municipalities across the state.
Under this special gift given by the Telangana government, the domestic property owners in greater Hyderabad limits have now received 50 per cent relief in property tax. This relief is for those who pay up to Rs 15,000 in the financial year 2020-2021. Another good news is that if the owners of this category already pay full tax, 50 per cent relief will be adjusted in the next fiscal year.
However, as per the predicted data search, more than 13 lakh employers will benefit from this relief program in greater Hyderabad limits. In other municipalities in the state, employers are permitted to pay 50 per cent of the property tax. This relief is applicable to those who pay annual property tax of Rs 10,000.
