Hyderabad: Recently the period of lockdown in all the courts and tribunals of the state has now been extended till 5 September. According to the information received recently, the Telangana High Court has announced this. In the High Court, important issues were discussed and this hearing was done through video conferencing. The High Court has issued an order.

The judge said in his order that people can file a plea online as well as offline. Along with this, the High Court discussed about the compensation amount. According to the information received recently, the state government has announced compensation to the family members of the martyr Muhammad Feroz Khan on the border of Jammu and Kashmir. Even after many days of this announcement, the family members of the martyr have not received the compensation amount. On getting information about this, the court ordered the department concerned to pay damages to the martyr's family.

A bench of High Court Chief Justice Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan, Bollam Vijayasena Reddy, hearing this on Tuesday has issued an order to the state government. On the 31st of last month, it was said about depositing 29 lakh rupees in the account of Feroz Khan's wife, but it has not been done till now. So far no details has been given about this. The bench questioned the government, then the government reverted that the evidence related to the deposited amount will be presented in the court. Now the High Court bench, in this case, has adjourned the hearing till August 19.
