As the winter waves began to flow, Telangana was recorded at temperature. The minimum temperature in the state fell below 15 degrees Celsius with the start of winter. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperature is likely to fall further in the next week. On Thursday night, the city recorded 15.6 degrees Celsius, three degrees below the normal range.

According to Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), the lowest temperature in the city was recorded at 13.7 degrees Celsius, 14.4 degrees Celsius in Rajendranagar, 15.1 degree selsius in Begumpet and 15.6 degrees Celsius in Alwal on Thursday night. Warangal, Nizamabad, Karimnagar and Khammam districts also have decreased the temperature. The minimum temperature across Telangana is 10.3 degreecelsius at Bela in Adilabad.

Further, the temperature is expected to fall by two to three degrees in districts like Adilabad, Komarambhim Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtiyal, Kamareddy, Peddapalli, Siddipet, Medak and Sangam in the next few days.
