The mental stress created during the lockdown has finally taken the life of another struggling TV actress, Preksha Mehta. Simultaneously, she had returned to her home in Indore from Mumbai before the lockdown began and she had no work before leaving from Mumbai. While still at home, she was suffering unemployment due to the constantly increasing lockdown and finally she committed suicide by hanging herself in her room by fan on Monday night. She worked in serials like Crime Patrol, Meri Durga and Lal Ishq. Not only TV but Preksha was also seen in Hindi cinema actor Akshay Kumar's film 'Padman'.

Preksha lived with her family in Bajrang Nagar, Indore. Before committing suicide last night, she left a small message on her social media account, which reads, 'The worst is the dream's death'. Preksha had committed suicide in the night, but her family also came to know in the morning. As soon as the incident was known, her family ran towards the hospital with the body. But there was no use of going to the hospital because by then Praksha had said goodbye to the world.

Preksha had returned to her home before the lockdown started and since then she was upset. Rajeev Bhadoria, the in-charge of the case, says that Praksha has left a suicide note but did not give a reason for suicide. Investigation is currently underway. Recently, another TV actor Manmeet Grewal committed suicide due to stress created during lockdown in his home. A loan of lakhs of rupees was incurred on her and she was hesitating to ask for help from her friends too.
