Telling a slim person,
Telling a slim person, "Arre kuch kha le," is just as awful as making fun of someone for eating too much

Aneri Vajani on Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 is displaying her daring side. The Anupamaa actress said that she frequently informs online trolls, "Angoor khatte hai, khud ko dekh lo," in response to the harsh comments she receives about her weight. The actress made it very obvious that being thin and being out of shape are two whole different things, and that making fun of someone for eating too much is just as horrible as telling someone who is skinny that he/she doesn't eat.

"To be quite honest, I don't care about these nasty body-shaming comments. Even though they want it, they can't be, and the same is true for me, I occasionally remind them, "Angoor nahi mile toh angoor khatte." No one else can be like me. Every person is unique. I have always done my best to let my work speak for itself. I simply reply, "The grapes are rotten, just look at yourself," whenever someone body shames me or calls me "arre kitni patli hai." It's just as offensive to make fun of someone for overeating as it is to tell someone who is slim that they don't eat or that they're "arre bhai kuch kha le."

I truly don't give a damn because I think I just have good genes. I can gain weight whenever I want, and I can reduce weight extremely simply if I need to. While some people may need to spend two or three hours at the gym, I just need to work out for 30 minutes. Slimness and inactivity are two distinct concepts. Despite being thin, the actress maintained her fitness.
