The new BMW 3 Series diesel variant BMW 320d features a 1998cc 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 255bhp and 400Nm of torque. The BMW 3 Series petrol variant BMW 330i has a 1995cc 4-cylinder diesel engine with 188bhp power. And generates 400Nm of torque. The 2019 BMW 3 Series engine is equipped with an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission. The ex-showroom price of BMW 320D Sport is Rs 41.40 lakh. The ex-showroom price of the BMW 320D luxury line is Rs 46.90 lakh. BMW 330iM Sport's ex-showroom is priced at Rs 47.90 lakh. The new BMW 3 Series is available in three variants such as Sport, Luxury Line, and M Sport.

According to media reports, the new BMW 3 Series sedan is based on the CCAR platform. The new BMW 3 Series features an 8.8-inch i-drive touchscreen infotainment system and a 5.7-inch TFT screen instrument cluster. The new BMW 3 Series features 6 airbags and EBD with ABS.
