Mumbai: 68-year-old Jalis Ansari, who was guilty of the 1993 Mumbai blasts, went missing on Thursday. He came out of prison on parole. police gave this information. The officer has said that Ansari is a resident of Mominpur under Agripada police station and is serving life imprisonment. He is an accused in several blasts in many parts of the country. He has told that Ansari was released on 21 days parole from Ajmer Central Jail in Rajasthan and was to surrender before the jail administration today.

Giving information, the officer said that during the parole period, Ansari was asked to come to Agripada police station between 10:30 am and 12:00 am daily, but he did not arrive on Thursday on time. They told that in the afternoon, Ansari's 35-year-old son Zaid Ansari reached the police station and lodged a complaint about the father's disappearance.

According to the complaint, Jalis Ansari got up early and went out after asking the family members to offer Namaz, but did not return. On Zaid's complaint, the police have registered a case of disappearance.
