Imphal: There are reports of IED attacks on an army contingent in Manipur. The attack is said to have been carried out by militants ambushing an army contingent. Several soldiers, including the CO of Assam Rifles, were injured in the attack.
The terrorists are said to have carried out the attack in Singhat under the Churachandpur district of Manipur. The attack was carried out by terrorists on the convoy of the Commanding Officer of Assam Rifles here.
