Srinagar: Gunfire has been heard near SKIMS Hospital in Bemina area of Srinagar. Security forces have cordoned off the area around SKIMS Hospital after the firing. Sources said the bullet broke out when security personnel were trying to nab the terrorists. But the terrorists managed to escape by firing on security personnel. The search for the suspect is still underway.

Shortly after the incident, the police informed that there was a light exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists at Bemina near SKIMS Hospital. Srinagar police said, the terrorists managed to escape from the spot by resorting to common people.
