Electric car maker Tesla has removed more than 100 employees after reviewing the work. Employees withdrawn from the company include engineers, managers and factory employees. According to Mercury News, Tesla has said that this is a regular review of annual performance, resulting in the promotion, bonuses as well as layoffs of employees.

The American firm said, "In any company, especially where there are more than 33,000 employees, performance reviews are sometimes also the result of the employee's eviction. Tesla is constantly moving forward and keeping new employees around the world." Tesla has confirmed the evacuation of the staff, but the number has not yet been disclosed.

The news of the evacuation of staff from Tesla came at that time when the company is trying to increase production of its first most popular vehicle model 3 sedan. It was reported in the report that removal of employees shows that the problems of personnel in the formation of Model 3 have contributed to the initial troubles.

Along with the price of around $ 35,000, the new car has been designed to compete with gasoline-powered cars in addition to electric vehicles made by companies like General Motors and Nissan. Meanwhile, Tesla's representative said that this action will not affect the production of Model 3 and soon the vacant posts will be filled up with new appointments.
