Thala Ajith starrer Viswasam has recived rave reviews from the audience and doing a great business at box. Despite clash with Rajinikanth's Petta, which released in multiple languages, Thala Ajith and Nayanthara starrer Viswasam is performing phenomenally at the ticket windows. The family entertainer has already crossed the Rs 180 crore mark and will enter the Rs 200 crore club in global box office.

The big movie Petta and Viswasam will continue to dominate the domestic circuits, as well as the international markets. Considering the reviews and response of the audience it can be said that both the film can add some more money to their kitty.

Viswasam marks the fourth collaboration between the director Siva and Ajith after Vedhalam, Veeram and Vivegam. It also features Vivek, Thambi Ramaiah, Yogi Babu, Bose Venkat and Kovai Sarala in pivotal roles. On the professional front, Thala Ajith will soon start shooting for remake of Pink. Talking about Petta, film written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Kalanithi Maran under his production studio Sun Pictures. The film stars Rajinikanth with an ensemble cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Simran, Trisha, M. Sasikumar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, J. Mahendran and Guru Somasundaram.
