Jayaram Jayalalithaa, CM of Tamil Nadu for more than 14 years, topped the list of women who proved themselves to be twenty male rivals with an iron image in the state of Independent India. Jaya was a famous actress and his closeness to her senior M.G. Ramachandran was always in the news. It was MGR that brought her into politics. Where Jayalalitha played a long inning and was called 'Amma.' However, she was also embroiled in several controversies. On the one hand, she was supposed to build a temple as a goddess, while on the other hand, she was accused of corruption and the court also sentenced her to jail. Director A.L. Vijay's biopic on J. Jayalalithaa Thalaivii comes out as a non-controversial convenient movie.

The same movie is made in Tamil-Telugu-Hindi. Desi biopic movies often come out like individual worship and Thalaivii is the same. Biopic films don't tell you the full reality of personality. Thalaivii wraps up the important events of Jaya's (Kangana Ranaut) life in which she surrenders to the wishes of her mother (Bhagyashree) and becomes an actress in Tamil movies, leading to regular household income. Jaya will soon be asked by big stars the film is received with M.G. Ramachandran (Arvind Swami). The two do many films together. Jaya is engrossed in MGR and MGR also likes her candid behavior. A relationship between the two begins, which cannot be given a single name. Which has many dimensions.

The pair is loved on the same screen, but some people don't like this. Especially MG's PA Veerappan (Raj Arjun). He feels that the closeness to Jaya will be harmful to this actor. MGR, on the other hand, joins Karunanidhi (Nasir)'s party DMK after a few years and enters politics. In the meantime, their distance from Jaya increases. MGR later separates from Karunanidhi and forms his own party. Thalaivii is completely Kangana Ranaut's movie. She has played the role of a 16-year-old girl from middle age to very hard work and beautifully. Her physique also changes on screen over time and is less visible in Hindi films. It is commendable. Overall Fans are extremely happy with the film.
