Mandsaur: Strict action is being taken against drug smugglers by Anurag Sujania (from SP), District Madansour to check smuggling of illicit drugs in District Madansour. Acting on the directions under Operation Prahar, thana Gandhisagar police has achieved a major success on 18.06.2022 under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Garoth Mahendra Taranekar and SDOP Garoth Phulsingh Parste and under the guidance of SHO Thana Gandhisagar Uni Lakhansingh Rajput. Acting on a tip-off on 18.06.2022 by Sauni Jitendra Singh Chauhan and the team on information, the accused Vishal's father Mangilal Panchba (Vishnoi) aged 20 years resident of village Janis at Gandhisagar-Rawatbhata Road barrier was duly arrested in a total of 05 quintals of illicit drugs being smuggled into the Swift Dzire car number RJ.44.TA.0999, owned by Dhani Rashida Police Station Dangiawas District Jodhpur. Offence No.50/2022 section 8/15 NDPS ACT was registered against the accused at Gaya and Police Station Gandhisagar.
During the course of the investigation, the accused was told by the accused regarding the source of the illegal drug Dodachura, Dhanram Vishnoi, a resident of village Jaleli Police Station, Dangiawas, District Jodhpur and Dhanram Vishnoi had sent me to Rampura Plateau. Where a person on a motorcycle without a number came and took away my car and after about 02-03 hours, he filled it with dodachura and brought the car to me. In that car I was transporting illegal Dodachura when I was caught in Gandhisagar. In respect of the said Dodachura, the accused was produced before the court for further in-depth interrogation and for the detection of other involved smugglers. The investigation is going on in the crime sadar. 1,50,000/- and Swift Dzire car worth Rs.1,50,000/- and Swift Dzire car have been seized from the possession of the accused.

1. Vishal's father Mangilal Panchba age 20 years resident of Jannis Dhani Rashida District Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
2. Dhanram Vishnoi resident of Village Jaleli Police Station Dangiawas District Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
Seized Mushroom:-
01 quintal of illicit drug Dodachura price rs.1,50,000/- and Swift Dzire car number R.J.44 TA.0999 seized.
