Christianity is also known as the Christian religion. The founder of this religion is the Lord Jesus Christ. A prophet is called a prophet of the tradition that has been going on since before Jesus Christ. In Hebrew, he was called Yeshua, Jesus, or Yeshua, but in English pronunciation, it became Jeshua. This Jeshua changed his name to Jesus.

Palm Sunday:Jesus set foot in Jerusalem on Sunday. According to most of the scholars, in 29 AD, the Lord Jesus reached Jerusalem by riding on a donkey. This day is called 'Palm Sunday'. Now the question is, why is Palm included in this Sunday? The popularity of Jesus Christ had already happened before he entered Jerusalem. Because of his teachings, people started knowing him. His popularity caused a wave of concern among the fundamentalist Jews as well as the Romans. In that period, the Romans had the same kind of rule over the entire Jewish kingdom, including Jerusalem, as the British had in India. People were fed up with this rule, but the Romans used to crush every kind of rebellion. In such a situation, there was faith in the minds of the Jews that someday the Messiah would come. When the popularity of Jesus increased, people considered him the Messiah.

When the Lord Jesus Christ revealed that he is the Messiah, the Son of God, and has come from heaven to establish the kingdom of heaven, people were convinced that their saviour had arrived. Then Jesus Christ reached Jerusalem on a Sunday in 29 AD, riding on a donkey. When people learned that the Messiah had come, they welcomed him by showing palm branches, leaves, etc. People praise him and refer to him as a king and liberator. That is why this day came to be called Palm Sunday.
