Chennai: A painful case has come to light from Valasaravakkam in Tamil Nadu. Here an 8-year-old child died in the school premises itself. It is being told that this accident happened while leaving the school by van to a child studying in class 2. Actually, the driver was parking the van after dropping the children to school, at the same time the child came behind the car and in the process the van climbed on the child and died on the spot.

The case pertains to Venkateswara Matriculation School located in Valasaravakkam, Tamil Nadu. Here the van driver had reached the school with the children. He was just parking the van after dropping the kids. Meanwhile, 8-year-old Tikshit came behind the van. During this, the driver could not even see him and he overturned the van. The child died a painful death after being hit by a van. At the same time, after getting information about the accident, the police reached the spot, taking action and arrested Poongavanam.

On the other hand, the family members of the child have accused the school administration of negligence. The relatives have raised the question and said that apart from the driver, why was there no helper on the van. If the van had a helper with the driver, the child's life could have been saved.
