The Accidental Prime Minister lands in trouble, Youth Congress demands the screening

The trailer of Anupam Kher starrer much awaiting The Accidental Prime Minister has been released.The trailer looks promising and it is making rounds on internet.The movie is based on the life of former PM Dr Manmohar Singh. While the trailer is receiving a positive response from the netizens, it soon landed in trouble as the Maharashtra Youth Congress wrote the letter to  filmmakers demanding the screening of it before it release.

As per the Tweet of News Agency ANI, Maharashtra Youth Congress writes to makers of TheAccidentalPrimeMinister & asks to show them the movie before release & if some scenes are found unfactual, they should be deleted else, Youth Congress will not let the movie be screened anywhere in the country.

The makers have not been replayed the letter yet.

Accidental Prime Minister is based on a book by Sanjaya Baru, a former media advisor to Manmohan Singh. In the film Akshaye Khanna plays Baru and Divya Seth Shah plays Manmohan Singh's wife Gursharan Kaur in the movie. The film is set to hit the screens on January 11, it will clash with Vicky Kaushal's Uri at the ticket windows.
