Patna: There was a lot of drama in the police station premises of Dhanbad over the wedding of the bride of Patna in Bihar and the groom from Jharkhand. In fact, the bride had reached Dhanbad for the wedding with her family members. There was to be a wedding ceremony in a private hotel here. The bride was sitting in her hands waiting for the groom with mehndi in her hands and decorated. But when contacted the family members of the groom, there was no contact in any way.

After waiting for the same bride's family, the groom did not come, so the bride and her family members reached Dhanbad police station. After giving the application to the police, the police showed the law in a fit of rage and the bridegroom arrived. There was an agreement between the two sides. Then late in the night, the marriage was solemnized in front of the police at a temple in Dhanbad. On reaching the police station, the bride's family had accused the youth of cheating. The groom, Ratnesh Kumar, a resident of Bhuli in Dhanbad, works in the railways. People on the bride's side said that the date for the wedding was March 25, but on the day of the wedding, the groom ran away. After a high voltage drama from the hotel to the police station throughout the day, the police searched for the boy and then brought him to the police station for counselling. After that, there was an agreement between the two sides.  

The bride said that in this case, the date of the marriage was fixed last year, but even then due to the refusal of the groom, there was an agreement between the two parties at Dhanbad Women's Police Station. At that time, in front of the police, the groom's side had given approval for the marriage on March 25, 2022. So now the people of the bride's side came to Dhanbad with full preparations to get married. But this time also, when the boy did not come forward, the girl's family members reached the women's police station. At the same time, the girl's brother said that the boy works in Group D, but he has taken a dowry of Rs 8 lakh by calling himself a Group C employee. The two got engaged on July 4 last year. After this, the boy started making many kinds of accusations against the girl. The girl said that the boy was refusing the marriage under the influence of his sister and niece.
