Indore: A major accident took place in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh late on Friday night. A fire broke out in a three-floor building in Vijay Nagar police station area. The fire was so dangerous that 7 people died by burning alive while 8 people got serious burns. All the injured persons have been admitted to MY Hospital.

In this case, a case of culpable homicide has been registered against the landlord. Teams from different departments have reached the spot, which is investigating the cause of the incident. Preliminary investigation suggests that the fire broke out due to short circuit. The colony in which this accident took place is also illegal. Initial investigation has revealed that the flames were high on the ground floor, due to which the people living there got burnt in the fire, while the people living on the first and second floors died due to suffocation. Two people were seriously injured after jumping down.

The same thing also came to light that even after the information, the vehicles of the fire department arrived late, due to which some people were brought down from the building with the help of rope. Although it has also come to the fore that the fire brigade had reached but could not go inside due to the narrow streets. Police said that the names of those who died are Ishwar Singh Sisodia (45), Neetu Sisodia (45), Ashish (30), Gaurav (38), Akanksha (25). Two other persons have also died whose identities are yet to be ascertained. Firoz, Munira, Vishal Prajaprati, Arshad, Sonali Panwar and others were injured. There were about 15 people in the building at the time of the incident. The same Madhya Pradesh minister Tulsiram reached the hospital after the Silavat incident. There he met the injured and inquired about their health.
