The whole of India is proud of the way in which the doctors and paramedical staff have completed their duty by putting themselves at risk in the Corona era. They were also thanked by clapping, playing thali, showering flowers on such warriors from the sky. Now another chapter has been added in this honor. That honor is to hoist the flag on the occasion of Independence Day. This time, the honour of hoisting tricolor is given to the contract nurse Anuradha Rai, working in the state hospital instead of Varanasi Commissioner.

On Independence Day, the official train and the entire fleet of Commissioner Deepak Agarwal went to the residence of Anuradha Rai on 15 August under the protocol of the morning senior IAS, and reached the Commissioner Commission with all the respect from home. Here Anuradha flagged off to the tune of the national anthem.

Anuradha Rai, who considers Mother Teresa as her ideal, has made a different identity by serving patients during the Corona period. She is originally from Azamgarh cities. This is not the first time in Varanasi. Last time, the cleaning worker Chanda had the distinction of hoisting the flag by becoming the chief guest. While Anuradha is a contract nurse at the Government Hospital, but the spirit of service is also for those in high positions. She has never been afraid of a disease like corona but served the patients smilingly and gave it her better fortune. She says that Corona can be defeated only by fighting with strength and not with fear. Anuradha had never thought that she would get the honor of hoisting the flag on the occasion of Independence Day in the office of the biggest officer of the cities.
