Lucknow: The court has given a big decision regarding the Gyanvapi disputed structure in Varanasi. The court has categorically refused to remove Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, appointed for the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. However, the court has included two more lawyers in the survey committee along with the advocate commissioner. Along with this, the court has ordered to complete the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid before May 17. The court has directed to submit the next report of the survey on May 17.

Actually, a petition was filed on behalf of the Anjuman Arrangements Masajid Committee demanding the removal of Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra. After going on for 3 days on this, the Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar of Varanasi had reserved his decision on 11 May. Earlier, while filing a petition, 5 women had sought the right of daily worship of Shringar Gauri. After the hearing in this case, the court had ordered a survey of the Gyanvapi disputed structure. Along with this, Advocate Commissioner was appointed. But during the survey, the Muslim mob created a ruckus in the Gyanvapi campus. Due to which the survey could not be done.

Decision also came in Mathura case :-

Hearing in the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute case was held in Allahabad High Court on Thursday. The Allahabad High Court has directed the Mathura court that all the petitions should be disposed of in a maximum of 4 months. Along with this, the High Court has also directed the Sunni Waqf Board and other parties to issue ex-parte orders for not attending the hearing. The Allahabad High Court has given this decision while hearing the petition of Manish Yadav, the suit friend of Lord Shri Krishna Virajman.
