Corona is witnessing a terrible form of death, leaving no space to burn the dead in the crematoriums. A similar incident is recently seen at The Bhaisa Kund Crematorium in UP's capital Lucknow. In fact, here, when a family has not even found a place to cremate their relative's body, they set fire to the pyre under the plastic shed. As a result, the flames completely burned the shed. Though the fire does not spread, otherwise there may be a major accident.
There was no place for the last rites at Bhaisa Kund Ghat on Thursday. After which the family members cremated the body of their relative on the platform itself. The platform was designed for people to sit on and covered with plastic sheds for shade. As the flames intensified amid the funeral, the pyre fire engulfed the plastic shed. According to reports, the fire itself was extinguished after the entire shed was burnt. If the fire had spread to the wood kept there, there could have been a major accident. It was believed that nothing like this happened.
A video of the same Bhisa Kund crematorium went viral a few days ago in which several pyres have been set on fire at the same time. After which the municipal corporation made a boundary from a sheet of blue tin shed outside the ghat. So that people and media persons passing by do not see the situation inside the crematorium.
5,183 new corona cases were reported in Lucknow on Thursday while 26 people lost their lives. In Uttar Pradesh, 22,439 covid positive have been found in the last 24 hours on Thursday. This is the highest figure ever. 104 people have also died. This was the second consecutive day when more than 20,000 new cases were reported. So far, 7,66,360 cases have been reported in the state, while 9,480 people have died. At present, 1,29,848 corona patients are undergoing treatment.
