Police have detained criminal Mangal Hasanda in connection with the murder of deceased Tuli Tudu at Kashidih in RIT police station area. Talking to reporters, police station in-charge Rajendra Prasad Mahato said that deceased Tuli Tudu's husband works in Bangalore and deceased was working as a labourer in a rented house in Gamharia. It was during this time that Mangal Hansda, a resident of Kashidih, had an affair. Mangal Hansda was refusing to talk to the deceased. But the deceased used to talk to others.

Bhujali stabbed: It is learnt that on May 12, the criminal Mangal Hansda took Tuli Tudu and his 9-year-old daughter with him to Gamharia. That day he was kept with him in Gamharia. On May 13, the criminal took his motorcycle to Kashidih Pond and attacked both of them with a arm on the pretext of defecating. When the two fainted, they thought him dead and threw him into the bush and fled. Police recovered the body on 13th and the girl was admitted to the hospital. Police arrested the accused and recovered the knife, mobile and bike used in the murder from his said location. Police said the root cause of the murder is the woman's phone call to other people. Police under inspector Rajesh Kumar Bhogata, Birja Kujur, Shankar Ram and others were involved in the raid.
