New Delhi: The Central Government is preparing to change the Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Panel Code, and Indian Evidence Act. Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday hinted at this. According to The Indian Express, Amit Shah said on Monday that the Narendra Modi government wants changes in CRPC, IPC, and IEA. This was stated by Amit Shah at the inauguration of the Centre of Excellence for Research and Analysis of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of National Forensic Science University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Amit Shah said, "The days of third-degree torture are now gone.'' The police investigation should be based on scientific evidence and evidence. He said the Union Government is planning to modernize CRPC, IPC, and IEA and bring about a change in it as of today.

The Home Minister said, "The Government of India is having a very big dialogue that we CRPC, IPC and IEA... Amul wants to make mistakes in all three. Today, we want to modernize them and we want to add new streams to meet today's challenges by removing the time-bound things that have become time-bound. My very old suggestion has been that forensic science should be registered in all the defects punishable above 6 years. It's a great dream to look like, but where is manpower.''
