Ankara: The impact of the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria is continuously increasing. As the rescue operation progresses,  the number of dead is also increasing. Dead bodies of people are coming out of every pile of debris. So far, the bodies of more than 21 thousand people have been pulled out from the debris. Thousands of people are hospitalized and struggling for life.

According to a report, rescue operations are still going on after 100 hours in earthquake-affected areas of Turkey. Many people are still feared trapped under the debris. As time goes by, the hopes of finding people alive are also decreasing. Let us know that, earthquake tremors occurred in Turkey on Monday (February 6) morning, that is, 4 days (about 100 hours) have passed so far.

There is also a possibility that even if some people survive in the debris, they may also die due to hunger, thirst, and cold in these 4 days. Meanwhile, the World Bank has announced financial assistance of $1.78 billion to Turkey. At the same time, the US has announced $85 million assistance to help Turkey and Syria affected by the earthquake.
